Will you guys be bringing in more of it in the future ?

Yes, we replenish our stock regularly.

2. The product that I like is indicated as sold out.
Will you guys be bringing in more of it in the future ?

No. Sold out items will not replenished as the product only comes in limited
brought in from overseas. However, we will try to recommend you suitable
products to your liking.



3. There are a few items I am interested in, but i am not sure if it
is suitable for my skin.

Email us your skin type, we will recommend you the most suitable products.

4. How long does it usually take to receive my order?
If the items that you have ordered are in stock, they will be shipped out
the next working day. The estimated delivery times are as follows :

ORDERING INFORMATION / PROCESS

1. Please take note that colors and appearances may vary due to different browsers and monitors used by the viewer. Additional information will be provided upon request, so please feel free to email us before ordering.

2. All transactions and confirmation sheet showing details of item and amount will be via email.

3. After sending out the confirmation sheet to your email, payment must be made within the next 3 days.

4. No refund and exchange for all items delivered out.

1. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customers.

2. Please note that all prices of items are quoted in SGD.

3. Only customers in Singapore may also make payments by UOB transfer. We are currently registering our Paypal account.
